Monash City Council has rezoned Clayton Rd surrounding the existing Monash Hospital to promote medical usage. Hatz has worked closely with the client team to develop a medical centre north of Monash Hospital. The project is envisioned as a multi story Medical Centre / Private hospital to cater to the growing medical provider market adjacent to the hospital. The project is currently in the Planning phase.
