In early 2020, Hatz was engaged at the early stages of the Design Development phase to undertake a design review of the complex. The design consists of 106 two and three-storey townhouses. These townhouses are divided into 6 unique typologies, based on sun orientation, family size and planning constraints. Also, while each typology responds suitably to its targeted resident, Hatz further refined each typology. The aim was to improve the facades, roof-forms, ergonomic flow, streetscape and their relationship with the wider context of Keysborough.
