Callantina House Renovation
The Callantina House, originally built in 1962, was a hallmark of Modernist residential design. Over the decades, its understated and timeless charm has been preserved. In 2021, Hatz Architects embarked on a transformative journey to breathe new life into this historic home, blending classic design elements with contemporary innovations.
The key to this renovation was the seamless integration of a sleek 2024 Modern extension, which complements the elegance of the original structure. This carefully considered extension elevates the property while remaining true to its Modernist roots, incorporating clean lines, open spaces, and an innovative use of materials. The project culminated in the grand completion on August 15th, 2024.
